Woodlands School has been rated as "outstanding" for the fourth time in a row!!
We have again been deemed "outstanding" after a complete inspection by Ofsted in October 2023.
Our school’s commitment to excellence in education has been recognized, reflecting the dedication and hard work of both staff and pupils.
The Ofsted report highlights Woodlands School’s exceptional teaching standards, robust leadership, and vibrant learning environment that foster academic growth and personal development. This outstanding rating reaffirms Woodland’s dedication to providing high-quality education.
The Ofsted report published on 28th November 2023 described pupil behaviour as "exemplary" and said the school has developed an extremely ambitious curriculum that takes into account ‘the different pathways that groups of pupils with distinctive needs need to follow’.
Our headteacher Caroline Day-Lewis has praised the work of all staff for the results and said "It is fantastic to lead a team of such passionate, hardworking and dedicated professionals, who go above and beyond to support our school every day.
