Black History Month
Fri 20 Oct 2023Black History Month 2023 is a momentous occasion to recognise and celebrate the invaluable contributions of black people to British society. This year the theme is ' Saluting Our Sisters' highlighting the crucial role that black women have played in shaping history, inspiring change, and building communities. At Woodlands we have been celebrating by exploring and looking into different pioneering black women and taking part in various activities through art, music, sensory stories and physical activities.

Colombus Day
Wed 11 Oct 2023Cedar class celebrated ‘Columbus day’ on Monday. They took part in a sensory story exploring telescopes and maps and built a boat and made hats.
